As your GROW guide, McKenzie supports you and your team with practice insights, review of key performance indicators, and facilitates discussion from your GROW lessons. With a background in education and business, McKenzie has worked in dental practices in a variety of roles, including office manager and as a performance coach for multiple practices. She has earned both her FAADOM (Fellowship of American Association of Dental Office Managers) and her MAADOM (Masters of American Association of Dental Office Managers) and brings her enthusiastic and dependable leadership to this role and helping you and your team access practice growth in measurable ways.
